Qualifications

• 10 years field related experience.
• I am E&O insured and bonded for your protection.
• I have completed NACHI’s Code of Ethics Obstacle Course.
• Have taken NACHI’s Standards of Practice Quiz.
• I abide by NACHI’s Code of Ethics.
• Follow NACHI’s Standard of Practice and often exceed them.
• Successfully completed and passed NACHI's Electrical Exam
• Successfully completed and passed NACHI's Roofing Exam
• I fulfill at least 24 hours of continuing education every year.
• I own and use high-tech equipment such as a Tif gas leak detector,
  Tramex moisture meter, Fluke infrared temperature sensor and more.
• Inspections scheduled 7 days a week.
• My reports are computer generated with digital photos and easy to read and understand.
